Unpack and inventory

Safe
Before the equipment to place safety signs, fire extinguishers, and processing, wear 1064 nm protective glasses.
Foundation requirements
The installation foundation shall be flat, and the height difference shall not exceed 10mm.
The thickness of concrete shall be 200mm for the whole mounting surface of the bed and the supporting feet of the worktable.
How large should a site be prepared with fiber laser cutters installed? The user must find the manufacturer’s equipment layout in advance for a reasonable layout.
Consider the cutting machine auxiliary machinery equipment if you have purchased these devices like an air compressor and air dryer, fume filter, etc.
Use environmental conditions
Ambient temperature: the ambient temperature must be between + 10 ° C and + 33 ° C when the equipment operates.
The equipment must have air conditioning when the ambient temperature is between + 35 ° C and + 43 ° C.
It mainly refers to the water chiller and laser source working environment.
Site environment: good ventilation condition, no dust, no corrosion, no pollution, and no substantial electromagnetic interference.
Operators have specific optical and related mechanical and electrical equipment maintenance and maintenance knowledge. One or two people must follow training. In the end, no replacement.
Voltage
Power quality: phase unbalance less than 5v (2.5%), line voltage fluctuation < 5%; grounding protection: machine ground, ground wire, required grounding resistance < 4ω.
Determine whether the local voltage and frequency are consistent with the machine, such as the need for regulators and the power of the whole engine 1.5-2 times the power.
The plant should have the corresponding cables according to the total machine power and current.
Gas
Gas purity > 99.9%, N2 dosage: 80L/h, O2 dosage: 40L/h. The diameter of the gas tank pipe thread connected with the pressure gauge is G 1/2 inch

If an Air compressor is required to supply the gas, an air compressor should be installed before commissioning.
Cooling water
Mineral-free, purified, distilled, or deionized water (mineral water is forbidden). Under 1000W optical fiber need 30L cooling water; 2000W visual fiber needs 60L cooling water.
Debugging items
1mm stainless steel, carbon steel (choose plate or pipe according to client model), provide equipment can use the format of cutting graphics files (plate: DXF/AI pipe: IGS)
Maintenance supplies and tools
Lens paper, high-purity alcohol or acetone, medical cotton swabs, cotton cloth, and brush. A tool used to adjust the level or position of equipment, such as a hydraulic car, Jack, or level.
Training program:
Day 1: the service engineer confirms that the customer equipment installation complies with the specifications and conducts daily installation training.
Day 2: Check the customer voltage and peripheral equipment; confirm the voltage after the equipment is powered so that the machine is light, the entire device for customers’ convenient training.
Day 3: according to the customer, different plate sample cutting, the customer arranged at least 1 engineer next to the study.
Day 4: special cutting process training for customer engineers to enable customers to meet the requirements of independent operation equipment.
Day 5: Daily Maintenance Training, customer independent cutting samples, fill in the satisfaction evaluation, engineers left the site, the end of the training.
