Inspection of the packing
Regarding the box’s appearance, first, observe whether the appearance is damaged or the packet is inverted.
If the mode of transport is air transport, please unbox the equipment on the spot to check whether it is damaged before signing for receipt.
Suppose the equipment packing box is damaged or anti-inverted. In that case, the receiver should take photos and continue to unpack it for inspection.
If the equipment is damaged, the receiver should report it to the insurance company on the insurance policy and protect the site.
At the same time, you need to contact the manufacturer’s customer service personnel to determine the solution.
Visual inspection of equipment
Check the machine’s appearance for rust, paint, scratches, bruises, and bending. Machine trademark comprehensive, there is no oil pollution.
External equipment inspection
Check the appearance of external equipment for damage and stains.
Inventory accessories
Check whether the accessories are complete and broken according to the goods list.
Note:
The display screen must be unpacked for inspection. The display screen must be placed in pieces due to transportation.
All the unpacking process and the arrival of goods must be photographed records, if there is a problem in time feedback customer service.
Special emphasis:
Customers need to check immediately after receiving, review the process, find abnormal needs, take a photo record, and provide timely feedback to customer service.
If no input or feedback time interval is too long, the default is that the machine is all right. Again the problem is for non-supplier reasons.
Unloading
- First, the fixed wooden box or equipment on the wire rope is removed, and then the equipment can be removed with a forklift.
- When unloading a machine without wooden cases, pay attention not to let the two sides of the device touch the containers to prevent equipment scratches.
